Our work on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in healthcare involved an in-depth study of end-to-end revenue management practices. Despite years of investment in the practice management platform, poor NPS scores revealed gaps in our workflow. We discovered an oversight in our thinking that left gaps in the RCM workflow.
We created a cohesive design language for multiple enterprise healthcare platforms, some of which were acquired and others built in-house. Our work resulted in a more unified user experience across these platforms, addressing the previous issue of divergent look and feel.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we rapidly developed an integrated Telehealth application that enables providers' offices to easily schedule and conduct secure, encrypted video appointments with their patients. This application streamlines the booking process, allowing providers to schedule Telehealth appointments in the same way as in-person visits.
