I thrive on solving problems and creating exceptional experiences. Drawing on my background as a software engineer and accessibility SME, enables me to balance technical constraints with user needs to design solutions that are both effective and efficient. My experience in business leadership and team management across various industries, from Fortune 500 to startup, has honed my ability to understand organizational needs and translate them into successful  strategies.

My approach is grounded in design thinking, which I apply not only to the products I design, but also to the internal workings of the organizations I work with. By leveraging design thinking, continuous improvement frameworks and experience feedback methodologies, we can create efficient organizations that support the humans that work within them, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Here's what some of my colleagues have said about working with me:

In my free time, I love exploring the Tampa Bay Area with my family and furry friends (although our cat prefers the comforts of home!). When I'm not out and about, you might find me practicing tai chi, volunteering with the local middle school robotics club, or curled up with a good book.

As excited as I am about my personal pursuits, I'm also passionate about my professional development. That's why I'm thrilled to be joining the Executive MBA Cohort of 2025 at the University of South Florida this fall. With my previous education and experience, including a Bachelor of Applied Science in IT with a minor in Sociology and specialization in Project Management from USF, as well as an Associate Degree in Web Design from St. Petersburg College, I'm confident that this next step will enable me to take my skills and expertise to the next level.

I'm eager to continue honing my craft and applying my insights and abilities to help organizations create exceptional experiences for their stakeholders. Thank you for considering my portfolio, and I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with you in the future.
